If you’re new to training, this 8-week bootcamp-style programme is a great place to start. You’ll be working out in a group with other people who share your goals to get fit and lose weight the healthy way. Your fat-burning studio sessions will include a mix of HIIT, resistance, strength and cardio. Plus, you’ll get a nutritional plan based on a scientific breakdown of 40% protein, 20% carbs and 40% fats to optimise your results – not to mention fortnightly biometrics to track your progress.
